Regarding bill payment after porting in TataDocomo

I had done a porting of my mobile no from Westbengal to Odisha circle.The Operator is TATADOCOMO(CDMA).

I switched from TATADOCOMO CDMA(WESTBENGAL) to TATA DOCOMO CDMA(ODISHA) circle.

During the time of porting TATADOCOMO never informed me that i had some outstanding bill to be paid. After one month of porting thay are saying i had outstanding of 220 rupees to be paid. And you have to go to the nearest TATADOCOMO store to clear it. My question here is how come porting happened if i had some outstanding. And why should i go to the store to pay it manuaaly by waisting 2 to 3hrs of my valuable time. Since the number and operator is same they can generate it in my bill and i can pay it online. Every day i am getting SMS and call from their customer care regarding this.Even after explaining this they rae not able to understand the point. I want action to be taken on them and if any outstanding added in my bill.
