I had issued three complaints calling tikona customer care number to which i only got a message saying the issue is resolved but which was not resolved. After trying three times in month of July i stopped complaining. They kept on giving me monthly bills for next 3 months till September saying i have used the services but which i have not used as it was not logging in only. Now they are giving me a legal notice so please help me in this case. Plus i have used my 10gb data on my mobile device worth 2500 myself and same with 3 other members of my family spending same amount as tikona was not working.
