Regarding blocked mobikwik account

I have a Mobikwik wallet and it was blocked and I mailed at their email but no reply. They doesn’t care. My last transaction was declined when I added cash and they said the transaction failed and the money will be reflected back to my account within 3-15 days. I agreed and said ok. Also I asked the guy with whom I was chatting his name. He said we cannot share that – He said it’s our instructions not to share name with the customers. I knew he was lying and I asked that is it Mobikwik’s policy that you cannot share your name and he did not replied yes or no. Then she told me her name immediately because I caught her red handed. Now my wallet is blocked because i caught them red handed. The message shown is that – your wallet is found suspicious by payment gateway.
