Regarding Blue Dart premium services

This shipment was made on 25.08.2016 and the tracking information shows that two attempts were made to deliver it on 26.08 and 27.08 but could not be done as the premises was closed. The package contains my passport.

This is utter nonsense since the address given is a residence and there is always someone at my home. Further, if there was nobody available, why was I not called on the contact number either by the delivery person or Blue Dart to inform of the delivery attempt? What is the meaning of taking the Contact Numbers if it will not be used?

People pay premium money to ship important packages through Blue Dart and this is the level of their service? There are lies being reported by their delivery persons and service centres and their management has no control over this poor service standard.

They should refund the money paid to you for this package by the Shipper.

I would like to know how lies are reported by the Blue Dart field and service centre staff and how they intend to check this menace.
