Regarding Bose sound link from Zoomshop

I have ordered a product online froma website called zoomshop.in, the product is Bose sound link mini whose MRP as quoted in the website 14999 and they were giving it for 2799. Upon receiving the product I felt that the build quality is not proper. The device does not work properly. Upon trying to contact them over phone no#7011432004 I did not get any response. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016.
