We post an add to sell a dining table on Quikr.com and it was sold to someone, Quikr callled us on 22nd oct and requested for a time to schedule pickup , they already took money from the buyer. Pickup was schedule for 23rd oct at 2pm.

On 23rd at 3pm i called them and ask about why no one came, they said its 1-4pm slot and vehicle is already left from their side. At 4/5/6pm i made multiple calls and they told me to wait .

At 6.30pm the transport guy called me as said ” you stay at 9th floor and i am too far from your area so it is not possible to come there”.

When i made a complaint to quikr and ask them to escalated there manager Sxxxxj didnt took any responsibility and told us we are not going to help and i will mark this call as abusive and also told us do watever you want to do.

Abussiveness and irriated customer they should know the difference between the two.

On other front we made a callback and other guys apologies and requested us to schedule it for 24th oct , we said to do at 8am and after confirming he requested pick up at 10am-1pm slot on 24th oct and made sure he will escalate it internally and get the pickup done At the earliest.

Today i.e 24th oct at 12.30pm another quikr executive called me and told me they are re-scheduling it for 25th.

I asked them to cancel and they said as you wish madam.

This kind of company which doesnt manage anything not there staff, not transport and no skills to talk to end customer. And on top of that they insult the customer.
