I booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 3rd August for a trip on 9th August through Redbus and the operator was Green Line Travels(KTR Complex, Madiwala). I got a call on 8th afternoon from the operator (8744053383) informing me that the trip has been cancelled and I will get the money reimbursed soon. I had to book in the KPN travels for the journey on 9th and it caused major inconveniences as I was travelling on 8th. I did not get the reimbursement until 31st aug and when I contacted Redbus they informed that the green line travels informed them that they provided alternate arrangements and hence no reimbursement. I see this as sheer cheating. Since I booked ticket for 9th through Redbus itself they were convinced that I did not avail any alternate arrangement from green line travels. Nevertheless, nothing positive happened in the past two weeks. I need the full reimbursement and a compensation for my time and effort to rebook the ticket and time spent on several enquires.
