I placed an order for apple Iphone7 jet black 128GB on 12th October 2017 in PAYTM. The order got shipped on 14th October 2017 and I got my cashback in my account. After that there has been no movement in the product tracking details. I enquired further with the delivery guy and he said there are some documentation errors from the seller side and then I talked with paytm guy and he always ensured me that don’t worry your product will be delivered by the estimated delivery date which was 19th October 2017. I didn’t get the product till that date and again I started follow up with paytm. Every time they used to say that we will try to deliver your product within 48 hours. This follow up was continued for couple of days and the reply was the same. All of a sudden I became happy that the product tracking status has been change to out for delivery. But all of a sudden when again I tracked the details the product was returned without delivering to me. They themselves considered the product defective and got the product back. I even didn’t know that the product was returned and the only thing they say is sorry. Now I will not get the product at the same rate and they refunded the amount after blocking my money for 15 days. Now when I contacted them they say that you place a new order which is costing me more as compared to above product. As per the terms if the product is defective then they have to replace the product but they didn’t do that. I want justice for the same and strict action against the paytm. My order details are order no 3961311621 dated 12th October 2017. Effective price for this product to me would be Rs44180 after cashback and discounts.
