I’m writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with your company’s services. The product quality is much worse than I had expected (almost unacceptable), and your customer services are pretty dysfunctional. I had ordered a cellphone cover and the product delivered was not the same as that on the website. There was a color difference. When I sent an email regarding that I didn’t get a reply. So I was forced to use the cover because I had paid for it. Now, this cover is of a terrible quality. It has been hardly a month since I’ve bought it and it has already broken from every possible place. You charged me about 450/- rupees for this fragile piece of plastic which isn’t even the same as that on your website.
