I am a customer of ACT broadband and I am paying monthly rental. However since I have got the connection I am facing troubles of continuous disconnections. Due to which I am unable to use Internet for approx 10 days each month.
When I contact help desk they tell me to clear up things in 1 day but don’t do anything about it. And when I contact the zonally officer they say we will fix the issue on 24 hours.
I want my money back for approx 30 days for which services were not provided since they are unable to take any actions.
