Regarding cookware from Naaptol

I have purchased 7 pcs stainless steel cookware from Naaptol teleshoping on cod basis after delivery when I saw the product I found the quality product is very as company said the MRP of products is 3999/- and in offer it given in just RSPL 1499/- I paid 1499/- Now I want return the product and refund my money but the company said that they can not refund money they give me a voucher of same amount and I have to it to purchase another product of same amount but don’t want to buy any product
