I had purchased a COOlpad note 3 lite phone from amazon on april 8th, with order id 171-6606111-6197905. After couple of months the handset was not getting charged, was getting overheated, there was problem in earphone of handset. I gave the handset to authorised service center mentioned by company at Sri Vinayaka Electronics located at Abids, Hyderabad with job Sheet Id JS16072500357 dt 25/7/2016. At the time of giving the handset 1 week time was mentioned by executive at repairing center for rectifying the issue.

Since then every week the service center is asking for a week to 15 days more to rectify the issue. I had cald amazon for refund of amount as I no longer needed the handset they asked to get a DOA letter( dead on arrival) from service center to get refund. The service center simply refused to give it and asked to contact customer care at COOlpad. When we contacted the COOlpad on helpline number on 22/8/16, they asked to write a mail on there email id. We have written a mail on 26/8/16 on there mail, but still awaiting there response again i spoke at there helpline number on 29/8/16 their executive told us to wait for 48 hours to get a reply back. We have srnd them a remainder on 31/8/2016 again.

Please look into the matter now i do not want the repaired or replaced handset back, as i have already purchased another handset, i want refund of amount. Please do take strict action against such companies and amazon and cancel there iso certifications.
