I purchased samsung j3 on 14 Aug in 8300 rs. on 20 Aug it’s display gone automatically.later I observed a small crack on its screen. when I approached 2 service centre they told me that it is a physical damage and I hv 2 pay 4800 rs. There is no physical damage done by me. Not even a single scratch is there. screen quality is pathetic used by Samsung and they refused 2 admit their mistake.plz help me.
