Regarding credit card charges by ICICI Bank

Illegal charges 1714.16/-are recovered on credit cards no4375xxxxxxx7007 out standing deposit timely in oct16 when complaint to customer care they refuse for reversal of illegal debt charges. and saying it is our banking policy to recover such way excess amount. I am requesting from last 9 months but they not returned my money and an illegal 200/-of yearly fees debt in my account stop transition of card. Kindly reverse back 1714.16/- and illegal yearly charges because yearly charges are free for first year.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
