Regarding customer service and delivery by Winni online cakes

I had a lot of mental pain and agony dealing with this WINNI team for online cakes and delivery. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife on 12th of Feb 2018 which was to be delivered by 14th Feb 9:00 PM but this has not been delivered till now. Besides their customer care is so pathetic that they do not have the courtesy to address user’s issues…. some robots sitting behind the desk… the numbers are not reachable and you can’t get in touch with them under any circumstance.

The mental pain i went through the entire day can’t be described here. Please help me and other people to get rid of such mental agony in future… Please refer to their webpage in Face book and you will be able to see the complaints of users there…

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
