I purchased a canon printer. It suddenly started giving problem while printing. I lodged a complain on 3 Nov 2015. They said it will be resolved in 48 hours. Later I contacted Dhanbad service center as it was asked by customer care that they will be handling the issue. The service center said that they will be visiting my place on 10 Nov. Later to which they refrained and said it will be done on 11 Nov. I received a call on 11 Nov and they said that they cannot come today as it is far from Bokaro. I called the customer support they gave an assurance that it will be done today. Seeing no response from the service center and customer support I called them again. Now they are saying that no service will be provided to me on home as it does not come under home service. I have already provided them 7 days for resolving the issue. Earlier they said the engineer will come to my place and solve the problem. But as of now they want me to visit the service center.

THIS PATHETIC AS THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM CANON. I want my product to be returned and a complete refund of my money along with the work loss I had.
