FabFurnish delivered a damaged desk, as confirmed by their assemblyman. They are refusing to issue a refund; instead, they are offering a credit note, or a replacement, both of which will take at least a month for them to process. As per the Terms and Conditions on their FAQ, I would like a full refund. They promise to provide a hassle-free service, and this is anything but; we won’t be using their services again, but would like this complaint resolved.
