I have purchase online on Snapdeal order no. 8987161912 dated 12/10/2015 Chevron flip cover and key chain with data cable and the same is get delivered on 15/10/2015. Unfortunately i have not checked the item which i have received. on 25/10/2015 i have checked and found that both key chain and flip cover are damaged. I have contacted with customer care for replacement than they are reply that since 7 days has been lapsed from the date of deliver so we can’t replace your item. Since party has intentionally sent the damaged product so why not they are agree to change.
