I am regular subscriber of TATA SKY DTH Services with ID Nos-1025657576 & RMN -9753228010 since last more than about seven years. But it is observed that the connection has been deactivated on 2n prior to due time /date i.e 5th oct 2015 & that too without any warning. The communication has been done with TATA SKY but no action. Pl. do the needful & compensate in this regard.

  1. I think you should contact Tata Sky customer care and follow up with your issue. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is a more effective way of getting your work done. Other means are writing through them at help@tatasky.com or call their toll free no: 1-800-2086633. I am sure they will assist and compensate you for the days you were unable to view television.
