Regarding deduction for Auto Cancellation of WL tickets

Tkt booked from LPI to HG for 04/02/2018 for Tr.17320 through Mobile App. As this is under WL, the same has been automatically cancelled since unconfirmed by deducting Rs.60/- towards clericage charges. Message received at about 1.39PM on 05/02/2018. As this ticket has not been cancelled by me and the system cancels such tickets in a bulk manner, there is no clericage/manual labour needs for this purpose and deduction towards clearicage charges will be wrong. In such cases full refund including service charges to be payable by IRCTC without any deduction. under PNR 4760684490
