I placed a purchase order with Snapdeal.com for “Zebronics wireless head phone – vivo – with FM Radio” DT:31Tst July 2016. The manufacturer has given 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. The ordered product I got in one week time.

But the headphone developed audio connectivity problem just within 2 days use. i complained to snapdeal.com and got replacement.

Whereas since the replacement headphone also developed similar audio connectivity problem just within 4 days use. I complained to snapdeal.com and requested for refund since both the first supply and replaced headphone developed similar problem within just few days. But Snapdeal.com point blank refused refund. They say their responsibility eased with 7 days replacement/refund policy. Therefore since both the headphone had similar problem just in few hours use, i find no point in getting it repaired with manufacturers service center.

Therefore I put it, the headphone supplied to me by Snapdeal.com is totally defective and request for refund in full.
