Regarding defective aqua filter from aquaultra

I had purchased one water purifier for Rs. 6590.00 through online website of the company “aquaultra.in”. I made the payment online through paytm on 7th October 2017. I received the product on 28th October 2017 through Fedex courier. The installation person came on 2nd November 2017. The person found the product defective with major missing components. I as well as the installation guy informed this to the company over the telephone. I paid Rs. 400.00 to the installation person on company request. The Company agreed to send the new replacement immediately with extra components. After two weeks when I didnt received the replacement, I wrote an email to company for refund on 16th November 2017. On 20th November Company replied saying a replacement shall be sent through Fedex today. Again, on 29th November 2017 I received the replacement and on 2nd December The installation person came and found the same defective damaged product. Again, we call up the company informing the status but company refused to entertain. I wrote an email on 2nd December 2017 for full refund, but again the company refused saying no refund but I need to repair and use this product only.
