It is to bring your notice that I Dr B K Das, bought Asus phone from FLIPKART with a price of 12999/- on 3rd july 2018. The mobile phone I received has very high heating and high battery consumption issues, hence complained it to flipkart on 13th july. After repeated follow ups Flipkart technical executive suggested me to go for software update 1st and if the problem still persists to go for reset setting after backup……… I did all but without solution to the basic problem. two new issues arise are hanging and screen display disappearance. Later on after repeated request Flipkart technical executive visited me and left after 10 minutes by saying everything is ok and now contact flipkart for refund/replacement.
After that I contacted flipkart but nobody is responding only time passing .These e commerce companies are duping customers . Regarding this i have also contacted flipkart through twitter. I am very much dissatisfied with these overall issues. I want refund from flipkart. Finally Flipkart told me that I have to visit Asus customer care center for repairing of my phone.
My simple pint is this that my phone became more problematic due the wrong advice and technical executive.. I bought a brand new phone .why shall i take it to the customer service center. when I brought every issue within its 10days refund policy why flipkart delayed the process without proper solution.
I want full refund and a penalty on flipkart.
