Regarding defective eyewear product from specare.com

I purchaged an Eyeware from Specare.com on 3rd Aug 2016 having the order no as SC10607. I recived the package on 9th Aug 2016. I had selected for COD, and paid an amount of Rs 840. As soon I opened the package I found that the Spec i had ordered was broken/Damaged. I informed the same to the company through Email which claimed that if the product has reached any coustomer in an Broken/Damaged form,then fro replacement/refund it has to be intimated to the company within 48 hours of it is recived.

I did as it is required but there was no intimation made to me for 2 days.. and still no action has been taken.
