This is in regards to the defective Karbon K Flip phone delivered by Snapdeal.

I have ordered K-Flip Dual sim phone from Snapdeal, on checking that phone i have observed problem in display, it was getting oftenly & after 3 days only it got blank, no display. When i have contacted Snapdeal they are saying we cannot refund your instead we can replace it secondly they are asking me to visit their service station somewhere in city and get verified from their engineer, then only it will be replaced. Now i very much annoyed, firstly they are selling defective products and not refunding money secondly customer has to take a pain to go to the service station & get it tested for the replacement.
Also in all these communications its me who is contacting them, i have not received any calls or reply despite of several emails and calls from my side.

I would want my money to be refunded and would not want to do any interaction with Snapdeal any more. Request you to please take necessary action against the seller.
