I had purchased a Karbonn Aura mobile phone (8GB GOLD) model from ShopClues.com vide order number 83651058 at a cost of Rs. 3863/-. I received it on 02/02/2016. On receiving the phone I found that the phone was defective. The touch screen was malfunctioning. I lodged a complaint with Karbonn customer support Ref. No. 3627159. They advised me to take the phone to nearest service centre for carrying out repair. I told them phone is new and hence it is manufacturers responsibility to replace it with good hand set. Nevertheless I attempted to find a nearest service centre but failed to locate. I called their number but no response received.

I lodged a complaint with ShopClues. com on the issue on 06/02/2016 (They have 10 days return policy). Ref. No.6102198. Again they requested me to go to nearest service centre with the faulty handset. I rejected their request and asked them to collect the faulty handset and refund the money. They told me they will get back with in two working days. No response from them. They have cheated me. I feel companies like this should be sent a notice to shut down. Kindly do the needful so that I get back my refund.
