I ordered Samsung led TV 40 inch on June 25th and received it on somewhere around July 23( much late from the promised delivery date) and found that display of led was damaged ..so I filed return request with ShopClues and couriered back the product on Aug 4 …on third attempt by our courier partner skyking they accepted the delivery before that they were not accepting delivery of the product also… On my continuous and repetitive calls to them I got to know that product has gone for quality checking and everything is okay…but few days back i got a mail wherein they mention that product they received is damaged and asked us to contact our courier partner…so what to do now…how to recover my money from them??
