Sir i am i realy regret to say about the service of snapdeal. sir i ordered a led brand micromax cost more then 16000. actually i gift that to somone. after 10day i recived the product but the same day when i open that product i found that led is damaged. the pic is pasted below. as ther seven day returen policies i complain on just next day. from that to today about 11days passed daily i used to call the said that your complaint is underprocess you will get solution regarding revers picup with in 48hr. about 6time same 48hr they said. mean while one of the care cusmer also said you complaint in micromax care. i co. plain there also they said you take your product with you and come to our shop which is about 70km away from. my home town. why should i go there. Now i dont want any replacement just take away your producg as i feel ashmed in front of my friend whom. i gifted.. he say i dont wNt yor gift.. i am. realy helpless. Via your media i hear that you help such type of complaint.. pls do need full action befor i lost my temper and broke this LED.
