Regarding defective mobile from Shopclues

I purchased a mobile phone(i.e. Mido M66 Dual Sim Multimedia Low Cost feature Phone, etc) Rs.474 (Delivery Charges Rs. 74+14 = 88.00) in Shopclues.com which is order id 135975482 dated:23.12.2017, and i was fond problem after 2days of the date of delivery , and i submitted the return/refund requested immediately i.e.02.01.18 which is Return ID:5519027. Therefore, when i call shopclues customer care they clearly told me my return request is cancelled and we can’t refund or return any money or product. So, i want to justice immediately and refund my money .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
