Regarding defective OnePlus mobile

OnePlus sold me a defective product and within few days I was facing lots of issues like display glitch, battery draining and media sound is Playing in the earpiece and lots. I’m not satisfied with the device and I want OnePlus to take their device back and refund my money. My money is hard earned and I didn’t loot from anyone. OnePlus is cheating customers in the name of smartphone and they selling products like this… I want a proper solution and refund from the company.
