We purchased a microwave oven from Flipkart, and they delivered us the product on 24th of Aug 2016. At the time of delivery we found this microwave glass was damaged but delivery boy first not entertain our concern, saying that your order is through online payment so we won’t give you open delivery.
After that same day we logged the complaint in Flipkart for the refund as per policy they had given us date of 3rd Sep 2016 but nothing had happened also after the deadline over we gave them a call regarding our refund status they again given us 9 Sep then 12, 15, 16 20 but problem is remain same. Kindly help us in that case as we have paid ?12000 and now Flipkart isn’t responding to our complaint as pr Flipkart policy we they are failed to deliver the 10 day return and refund policy.

We are going through with the mental stress due to this kindly help us.
