I Have purchase a cubit multitouch 8gb lush 2 mobile on 2 nd week of october by debit card for a amount of Rs 5799. Snapdeal was send to me a faulty mobile. I Request for change the mobile. Snapdeal advice me to send the mobile in kolkata centre(Kamarhati). IHave already send the mobile. Now snapdeal told me for refund money. Two customer care staff request me for refund the money but i told them, A new ok same product is required for me. But Snapdeal not agry for send a new mobile, and also told me the same purchase amount will be credit in my account. Please take action.
