Regarding defective product and refund from Snapdeal

The price of the saree was rs 749. and this is the picture of courier pickup receving invoice.
Sir i have bought a saree from snepdeal when i receive product i found the defective product on 20-06-2016. i requested the customer support of snepdeal for refund my balance . then now my balance is not refunded. please help me i am in very problem i have very down income of money.
