Regarding defective product from Amazon, no customer support

I get the defected product of mobile from amazon i requested for pickup on 26 october 2016 there policy is to recive the pickup with in 24 to 48 hours but it doesnt recive and if i call they only tell me that your isuee is accelated but today 4 november i didint get the solution of my prob plz help me its my request to you plz and they didnt refund my money i have a bill of my mobile plz help thanks alot.
