Regarding defective product from Amazon vendor

I purchased 1 product from Amazon on 12th Oct 17. Product name is “Mavi Home Theatre Recliner In Black”. when I received one product on 27th October it was wrong product then I called to amazon and tell them about this matter after they give me 5 to 6 days for replacement product and i also wait for replacement product but they don’t send me any product and some times they told me they give me money and some times they told me they give me product but I already refused for accept the replacement product but they send that product forcefully to me and gave me threat for refund and they send that product on 7th Dec. 17 it was also damaged. Then they don’t send any courier boy for pick up and they give me so much troubling continusally. Today is 8th January 18 they don’t give my refund yet and always change their statements and term&comdition and policy also.
