Regarding defective product from Maxbhi.com

I had purchased touch screen digitizer for Coolpad Note 3 Plus for Maxbhi.com on 17th January,2018. The product delivered to me was defective and so informed Maxbhi.com about this. So, they asked me send back the product and on receiving the defective product they sent the replacement for the product. But the replacement was also defective and so I demanded because I urgently required my smartphone and now I properly touch was also available in one the mobile repairing shops nearby me. But they refused to give the refund and told me that only replacement is possible. So I just want say that nowhere on their site was mentioned that a customer may have for over a month to get the correct product delivered to him. Moreover, both the order as well as the replacement were defective and it simply suggests that this mistake is intentional on the part of Maxbhi.com. Apart from all these things I had to spend extra money to deliver the defective product back to them although it was completely the mistake of Maxbhi.com
