Regarding defective product from Wonderchef

Purchased one set Click Amaze set on-line from Wonderchef dt.26/09/16 and dt.27/09/2016. After using few months months one handle of the yoke was damaged. The spring came out from the handle, I sent report to customer care of wonderchef with photograph on 10/10/2017, followed by reminder on 24/10/17. Warranty of product was for two years. As I did not get any reply from them I requested them to advise the price of the spare handle so that I can purchase the same on 13/11/17 followed by reminder on 02/03/18. So far no response is received from them.
