I bought Redmi Note 3 (Silver) 32GB from Flipkart on 3rd Sept 2016 Order ID #OD5069780596001422000. It was delivered to me on 6th Sept.. On checking the phone I found that second SIM slot (Nano SIM) was not getting all the network (3G and 4G) so I placed a request to return the product on 12 Sept 2016 as they have 10 days return policy.. They said to get it checked with MI service center .. On getting it checked with MI service center on 12 Sept 2016 they confirmed it is a hardware issue and should be replaced by Flipkart Jobsheet Number WXIN1609120004771 .. On telling same to Flipkart They are not taking any action and always rejecting my replacement request.

Kindly look into it and get it resolved .. They are harassing me for last 3 Days and not replying. Attached the screenshot of acknowledgment from MI service center.
