I am very disappointed with Reliance Jio Service. I bought Reliance LYF Flame Handset from M.R. Electrical , Sector 22 Market in Chandigarh on 2nd August, 2016.
At that time I got a sim connection 7009502362, I submitted my photograph with Id Proof (E-Aadhar) Signed copy for activation of Sim connection. As dealer told me sim willbe activated with in 3 days period.
On 9th August, I got a call from distributor Point, Your id proof is invalid, Reason is Reliance jio is not accepted copy of E-Aadhar Card. I got a call from distirbutor person named Mr. Hxxxxxxh, said submit your original photocopy of Aadhar document.
But I am using lot of connection on the basis of E Aadhar document. As per TRAI guidelines E Aadhar is a valid document to purchase of any sim card or Identity proof.
After that I made a call to Customer care number 1800-88-9999. Their your customer care excutive named Mr. Sxxxxn Singh told me. Reliance Jio has his own rules. They are not following to any Telecom authority guidelines.
I submit signed document on 10th August on distributor point address Booth No. 312, Sector 37 D, Chandigarh. They committed service will resume on same day.
But Again my service is not activated, in between i tried to connect distributor many times, But they are not giving any answer on call.
Again I visited distributor store on 10th August, They said they are working on that and sim will be activated today. But still my connection is not activated. Now finally they said to me your Customer Application Form is missing. And you need to put your document again.
Today is 11th day, There is a total waste of money and time. I am very helpless to see all this thing. Apart from that I also put mail Jio customer support team, LYF Care team but still they are not given any satisfactory answer.
I request you to please intervene in this matter and kindly refund my money with the compensation of monetary & time harassment.
