I have registered the complaint on 31st may, 2016 and submitted the cell phone in assigned service centre by syska on 3rd june, 2016. My claim got approved on 1st august, 2016 and the expected delivery date was 17th august, 2016. After visiting to service centre they told me that my phone will not get repair and the same had been communicated with syska. I placed more than 100 calls to syska for my cell phone and instead of giving resolution they respond with the same answer that they will forward my complaint to concern department. I had been told that if my cell phone doesn’t get repair within the 3months of the approval date i.e. 01/08/2016 then i will get 90% of the invoice amount (I have recorded all the calls). Now 3 months time period is over and till now also syska doesn’t know about my case. I am fedup of all this things and now i am going to complaint against syska in consumer court. Syska is the worst company i have ever seen who doesn’t care about their customers and the issue they are facing. Today is 2nd november, 2016 till now also their is no response from syska about my case.

It has been over 6months from the day of registration and over 3months from the day of approval of my claim, every time i have to call and remind them about my cell phone. And till now my status didn’t get change and in their website its still displaying as your device is under repair

I want 90% of invoice amount (As confirmed by one of the customer care executive that ‘ if my cell phone doesn’t get repair within 3 months from the approval date then i will get 90% of invoice amount’).
