I want to bring to your notice a complaint regarding the customer service that you provide to us. When I am trying to reach your customer care helpline number, It is not being picked at all. My repeated calls are not bring answered by Jabong executives. I am kept on hold with a repeatedly irritating advertisement tune like forever.
With addition to this, the status of my order on Jabong app says that the dispatch of my order has been delayed. I placed this order (order no 160724651535827) on 24th Jul and it is still not dispatched! It’s been 10 days. Plus I’ve paid online, I feel like my money has been robbed!
I was quite happy with Jabong customer support initially but it seems like your service has been degrading constantly!
