I had ordered airtel wifi hotspot from amazon on 1st of july. It was supposed to be delivered on 6th of July. I had given address of amazon delivery agent as I may not be at home at the time of delivery. I went to delivery agent address (Vinayaka Medicals) to collect the goods but to my surprise he said they no more deal with amazon goods, however his address is still listed in amazon website.
Courier boy called me on 6-Jul asking me for the address which i told him. The next day I see that courier status is updated as not delivered and reattempt will be made.
I called the courier boy who was supposed to deliver the goods but he is not responding properly, he says he is not dealing with amazon goods delivery.
I want the goods to be delivered to new address which is very close to the new one where my family members will collect the goods on my behalf.
Please help me resolve the issue.
