I had placed a order of 2TB Wd hard disk on 10th August. Order no is 402-5774531-9425942 it was shipped on 11th via IPS with tracking details AW009039255IN. Delivery was supposed to be done by 17th August but still i am waiting for the delivery. Have called the customer care and they said I should wait till 20th August. I should not have waited but I did and yet I have not received it.

Cc says they will try to refund my money, after waiting for 11 days their answer to this is refund of money. If i wanted money then I would not have ordered. Ideally Amazon should send a new hard drive in same price with priority delivery.

There must be some way to put fine for delay in delivery and the harassment made to the customer coz of this delay. Someone might have ordered to gift but coz of the delay they can not give the gift.
