Within 10 days of purchase of Le eco max2 mobile worth INR 25000 finger print sensor stopped working. I submitted it to company service center sky link, sunder baug, chinchwad on 30th july 2016
However is close to a month now company is neither repairing nor replacing the phone. There policy is hidden from customer which says phone should be returned within 10 days.
However its 30 days not phone is not returned. Such pathetic customer service should be punished severely. They think customer cannot do anything and not afraid of even consumer forum when I told them
Moreover, service center doesnt provide any spare phone till the time phone getting repaired. I need complete refund for such phone and punishment to company for providing such deficiency in service
