I placed an order of 65 inch Leeco brand tv to Lemall.com on 23rd August,16 with payment done through internet banking. Suddenly on 25th August,16 on lemall.com website it shows my order has been cancelled and will get refund in next 7-21 days. I tried calling customer care around 9 times on different interval to know the status of my refund but they always assured but offered no solution.
I tried twitter and facebook page of company website to reach out along with email to customer support but again no solution. It is now 28 days and my money is stuck with me and I dont know what to do now?
Please help me and tell me the way out to get my money back.
