Regarding delay in replacing defective Redmi 3S

I ordered this much hyped phone Redmi3s Prime by brand Mi via flash sale on MI Store, on 17th August and I received the product on 19th itself. The product was found to be defective and approved as defective by the customer care rep’ and promised replacement ASAP. Its been about a month now and after numerous mails there’s no certain action from their end. I approach the Consumer India forum demanding damages against such casualty via a refund and no replacement. Ive sent several mails and given them ample of chances to prove worthwhile but still all they care to reply with is an automated email response. The bill amount is Rs. 9598 and i wish refunds only. Please do the needful and oblige.
