I have bought letv le1s smartphone from flipkart. after using it for a month it fell from my hand the display broke. I submitted my damaged handset on 26 may 2016 at a service center of the company. At the time of submission I was told that it would take about 7 to 10 working days to get back my replacement cell. I have paid a servicing amount of 4900 at the service center. It has been over 50 days now and I have not received my replacement handset. I have called their toll free helpline number a lot of time and every time they give me same replies that I will receive my handset within next week. Whenever I call at the service center most of the time the number is switched off and sometimes when the person picks up he tells me that he will call me when my handset will arrive. I don’t know what to do now. Please help me.
