My order no #101512174 was placed on Oct 22 2015, the website states that they will deliver within 7 working days. The tracking number they sent was not working, I paid 1200 rs for a product. Till Oct 31st I did not receive my order. Their service people sent a few mails and kept me going around. I even wrote to Mxxxxxj Gxxxxa – a senior person at but no reply. On Nov 2nd I wrote to them to either deliver on the same day or cancel and refund my money as I was going out of town. They delivered the item on Nov 4th but it was too late. On 13th Nov when I returned, I emailed them back asking for a refund and they denied the same. If they cant deliver on timelines then why run an e-commerce company and cheat customers? So much harassment for one product.
