I placed an order on ZopNow which was scheduled to be delivered on 22nd July 2016 between 7 am to 10 am.Order no. was 10489256.The delivery team conveniently marked the order as delivered around 8:15 am without delivering the same.After mailing customer care, the order was finally delivered in the next slot of 10am to 1pm.
Later, on the same day, I placed another order (Order no 10498060) which was to be delivered between 10am to 1pm. The delivery team called me up at 11:45am and informed me that my order has been exchanged and I need to follow up with the Customer Care. After I mailed them, their manager called up at 1:10pm and apologised saying he would ensure that such things don’t get repeated again and asked me to choose another slot so that they could deliver my order. Hence, I asked them to deliver between 7pm to 10pm. Their delivery team called me up again at 10:35pm to check if I was at home and if they could deliver my order. This time, I clearly refused since they had overshot the delivery time as promised and it was late in the night.
This is just a word of caution for everyone dealing with ZopNow. They have no policies to handle late or undelivered orders. All that they do is keep sending apology mails without being sorry at all. The customer is left waiting for the order to be delivered and doesn’t even receive it’s delivery.
