Regarding demat account with Zerodha.com

I wanted to open dmat account with Zerodha.com. Hence I followed the steps and made online payment on 23rd December 2017. My payment got deducted from my account and same was acknowledged (# pay_xxxxxxxxxJ2DUP) by Zerodha as well. However, its been 12 days, my account still showing inactive. I am continuously following up with them on email but they are not responding. Support ticket (#671581) is opened with them on 24th December 2017 and since then I have followed up 4 times but there is no response at all.
